Return Policy

Returns are accepted if your product was incorrect when received.

If you received the product you ordered, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee; refunds are provided upon receipt of your return product.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product:

Contact customer service:  Send an email to [email protected] or call  (855) 286-3368.  One of our dedicated customer service representatives will contact you and arrange for a return.  We will issue a return tag for your package.  The carrier will bring a call tag with them and place it on the package to be returned.  Once we receive the return and it is inspected, we will issue credit back to your account.  Product must be received back in the condition you received them.
